Start with your learner’s details and an email address you can access. The available intakes determine which schools and grades you can apply to.
Can I apply for more than one child?
Yes. Add each learner separately to your family account. Each child has their own applications, offers, and outcomes.
Does submitting guarantee a school place?
No. The school reviews the application and makes its decision. A submitted application is not an offer, and an offer needs to be accepted within its deadline.
What if I do not have every document?
A missing document does not by itself stop submission. The school’s requirements remain visible for review; missing information may still need to be resolved before admission is finalised.
Why can’t I see a school or grade?
The application screen lists available intakes. A school or grade may not currently have an intake available in DAP. Check with the school about its application arrangements.
How do I know what happens next?
Sign in and open the learner’s application to check its current status and any offers. Check back regularly, especially when you are waiting for a decision.
